Today is Election Day!
Go vote!
If the line is long, wait.
Think of the folks who sat and waited at the lunch counters down south.
If it's raining and cold, wear extra layers and take an umbrella.
Think of the folks who had fire hoses turned on them.
If it seems inconvenient, do it anyway.
Think of the women in Afghanistan who were tortured for voting.
If you feel intimidated by how complicated the ballot can be,
imagine staring down a tank in Egypt.
Get to the polls.
Find a way.
Call a neighbor or a friend and take them with you.
No excuses, people!

I'm on my way now. Blessings from Wisconsin...a "battle ground" state.
